What is Danny's Fitness4Kids?

  Danny’s Fitness4Kids is a structured, age-appropriate fitness and wellness program that teaches children how to move, play, and fuel their bodies in healthy ways.

What Kids Learn

  • How to run, jump, climb, and move safely
  • Strength using their own body weight
  • Balance, coordination, and control
  • How healthy food supports energy and growth
  • That effort matters more than perfection

Who the Program is For

  • Elementary and middle school students
