Danny’s Fitness4Kids is a youth fitness and wellness program designed to help children build strong bodies, healthy habits, and confidence
that lasts a lifetime.
Through fun, play-based movement and simple nutrition education, kids learn that being active feels good—and that their bodies are capable, strong, and meant to move.
· Movement should be joyful.
· Strength should build confidence.
· Healthy habits should start early.
Schools participating in this program can offer a six-week, six-session after-school Fitness Program to elementary school children aged 10-12 years.
The school invites students to express the reason why they want to be part of Danny's Team. They can either write an essay or draw a picture that shows their excitement about being physically fit, having fun, and feeling powerful. They can imagine playing cool game, doing fun exercises, and even trying out some weight training - all while making new friends!
Their entries are given to their teacher(s), and the teacher(s) select 12 students to sign a Student Pledge that outlines the smart choices they promise to follow as participants in Danny's Fitness4Kids.
